Return Policy

We accept returns only in case of damaged product received, we have sent a different product by mistake or missing item provided that you must have a proof of uncut unboxing video from the start till the end clearly showing the damage in the product or any of the above reasons. You have to raise a return request to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. Post that period you will not be eligible for return.
Once you raise a return/exchange request our QA (Quality control) team will review and approve the product if eligible for return after inspection.
Once approved your product will be picked up from your given address.
Exchange will be issued for the same if available. Refund will be granted only in case of exchange product unavailability. Refund will be issued into bank account within 3 working days of inspection and approval.

Please note that :
